    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I love Ice stores & was appalled by the extremely poor service I received today. I waited at the counter for several minutes while the girl that was working stood around talking to one of the other girls that wasn't actually working. Once she realised I was standing there she walked over to serve me and never said a word. Just continued to talk to the other girl and took her sweet time. She then handed me my bag once it was packed and turned her back to continue chatting. I have never received such rude service in my life!

    The two girls thought they were gods gift to the universe. If there was a Botox clinic at the gold coast it would be it the ice store. It is more run like a brothel then a shop.

    The attitude of the girls there is discusting there mobile phones were more important then customer service. Waited for 10 mins for service then while she served me she decides to answer her mobile phone to a bf or something
