  Great place , close to everything Surfers easy walking.....tram stop right in front , pools on both sides West & East(also has a spa on the East side) great selection of hot & cold Buffet Breakfast , don't need to even leave the Hotel for a great night with Happy Hour in the Bar....Dining Room....then back to the Bar for drinks dancing and entertainment.

  five star for the lovely and friendly staff in this hotel. We were suffering terrible storm this day and got wet. The staff gave us two towers as long as they saw us. Great hospitality! And 4 star for the room. The room is clean and tidy but not new. Well, it's still a good place to stay, very closed to the shopping area and beach. I absolutely will be back!

  When I booked this hotel I thought it was going to be great. But it was awful since I arrived with no parking and nobody to help. When we checked in, the receptionist had a broken English, so it was very difficult to understand her.. she said the hotel is full.. And gave us a terrible room. Then when we called the reception to know the check out time the receptionist said. It's at 10 am like every other place in the world.. from the beginning they just treated us horrible. It's better for you to stay at a motel.. half the price and same service.

  Staff are very very nice and quick to respond to anything, they are also full of help and useful information about buses and things to do. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!
