  I DIDN'T KNOW HOW THIS RESTAURANT WORK, SO WE WENT IN, BUT THE IDEA OF GETTING THE FOOD DIRECTLY AT THE COUNTER IS NOT WORKING IF BUSY. I SPENT 20/30 MINUTES QUEUING FOR A COUPLE OF PLATE OF PASTA, WHILE i WAS WAITING THE PIZZA WAS READY AND HAD TO GET MY WIFE (WITH 2 KIDS) TO PICK UP PIZZA AND SALADS.

  Decent experience, lovely food with quite an ambient environment. Hard to complain although there is no table service which is an issue. Chef was very lively with a fresh young face.

  Another top restaurant in surfers. I had the ALL'ARRABBIATA, essentially a pasta with onion, garlic and a spicy homemade sauce. Literally so good I had to get another. I was only in QLD for 4 days but I came here twice that's how good the food is. The layout of the restaurant is very modern, everything looks relatively new and even their restrooms are at a high standard. They also have a proper bar as they can produce martinis, cocktails etc. Top class.

  If you’re a family, reasonably minded couple or a group - don’t eat here (esp if you’re a group - trust me). If you’re a hipster from Melbourne that likes deconstructed coffee & quinoa infused quail eggs - this is the place for you.

  Pasta and risotto cooked in front of you immediately after order. Quality not bad. Everything self-serve but the environment a bit noisy. Can treat as a high quality fast food store.

  Never mind the no table service. Never mind that half the tap beers weren’t available. Never mind the carbonara was bland & chunky. Never mind the exorbitant price for everything. Hey I was even OK with having to get my own cutlery & napkins but NO FLIPPING SPAGHETTI???? Julius Caesar would be turning in his grave.

  THE FOOD WASN'T GOOD AS YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A FRESHLY COOKED PASTA AND PIZZA.
