  Last week I had a Black 300c booked for my Daughter's Formal. On the Thursday prior they rang me to tell me that they couldn't get one and I have been upgraded to a Caprice. Which I was fine with as I the communication was early. When we went to pick the car up on Saturday morning there was a shiny Black 300C.

  Horrible. Horrible service, overcharged us, didn't have the car we ordered, so gave us a lower range vehicle and failed to give us a refund until we complained several times.

  I only wish I had read the reviews on the Choice and Consumer site first. The manner and attitude of the counter staff member who served me was the pitts thorough out the whole process.And then even though i had prebooked via Qantas the Qantas cash card is not acceptable for security during the car hire. I only hope the car goes well. So much for Qantas recommendation . Next time I will listen to a local as Tourists be aware as the insurance excess reduction charged by this company is right thorough the roof also insist on an itemized tax invoice .
