    Great car portfolio. They have also nice Convertible Mustang's in great conditions which is the best way to enjoy the great scenery in Gold Coast.

    Horrible service. Call centre was fine to deal with. But the man on site, was patronising, rude and among all things had terrible BO and in the customer service role its a OHS issues.

    All bad. Booked a vehicle to be available in Melbourne. Arrived in Melbourne NO CAR! Phoned the company which says rudely "We have no cars that's why you didn't get a confirmation." Of course, if i had been told there were no vehicles I could have booked with another company. I live on Gold Coast, East Coast is a Gold Coast company thought i would support a local - but never again. Their sheer rudeness was sufficient to turn me off, apart from their sloppy couldn't care less attitude..

    We had the most amazing weekend in the red Mustang convertible Great friendly staff can't wait to do it again
