  I booked a car online at Expedia for what I thought was pick up at Coolangatta airport. On arrival, it was pointed out to me pick up was at Surfers. After a pricey Uber ride into Surfers, I was greeted by a lovely girl by the name of Lieke. Even though it was my mistake for not confirming the booking details, she went out of her way to help me out. She noted my booking through Expedia did not have unlimited mileage, and cancelled the booking and rebooked in-house. It turned out cheaper AND she upgraded my car at no cost.

  When i first got in the car it smelt like some one was smoking inside with windows shut. When i brought ir back i was accused of smoking in it and charged me $100 and they deducted it from the deposit. Very bad customer service. Be careful
