    so bad. I came here to ask for cancel my contract. they tell me to call Shae. however, when I ask to speak with Shae, they hang up on me and did not pick up the phone when I call back in 30 seconds. poor service when they say Shae just work from 5:30 AM till 1:30 PM on Monday only for cancelling and did not want to talk with me on the phone. how can I do while I moved to Brisbane?

    By far the best gym on the Gold Coast. High level of service, the trainers are all knowledgeable and the staff are helpful and attentive. Great equipment and convenient location.

    Don't just take an employee's word for what you are signing. Ask for them to point out on the contact if you have any specific conserns.

    Head office delt with the matter quickly once it escalated, although I feel a simple issue that could of been rectified in minutes turned into a big headache.

    World Gym is a phenomenal brand. Staff are always friendly, their megagyms are World Class. Highly recommended!

    The gym and it's facilities are good however the management, the way it handles issues and the lack of response to emails is a real let down.
