  I had a bump type rash on my stomach, the doctor told me they would all scar (which they didn’t)and proceeded to take a biopsy ( he did not tell me what he was even testing ) I asked and also expressed he was making me very anxious and I wanted to leave, he told me there was no reason to be anxious and still gave no information on why he was taking the biopsy. I would do yourself a favor and never go here.

  If I could give this practice no stars, I definitely would, but I am forced to give it at least one (which it does not deserve). I would give this rating for two reasons: organisation and rude, incompetent doctors. I've seen two doctors at this practice to see if I am fit to scuba dive. The first, Dr. Mark Jeffery, treated me as if I was a child. He did not inform me he was not the dive doctor, I had to ask him to look at my X-rays and he yelled at me for not understanding a concept. He then relayed my information to the dive doctor, Dr. Rachel Adendorff, who gave me an all clear to dive (she actually handed me the form with her signature). When I asked her to look at my X-ray and lung test, she realised I was not actually fit to dive! It was completely obvious she had not looked at my file before signing my clear to dive (which she then took off me). The practice has also lost my X-rays and my lung test twice! I WOULD AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COST!

  New born baby waiting to be seen, young girl behind counter carrying on and laughing with friends , so unprofessional. I had to leave without seeing the Doctor , 7 patients before me when i took the baby for a walk and returned 30 minutes later to be told there are still 9 in front ...
