  Great location & views. OK room. Had problems with AC and had to shift to another room. Major issue: rooms in old tower don't have a safety latch so housekeeping has no way to know if you are inside or not. I would skip this hotel and go somewhere else where at least a link chain or something is provided and no one can just walk in using card key.

  If you opt to have breakfast downstairs.. it's seriously good. You can even have pancakes every day!!

  Location isn't too far from Surfers Paradise (15 minute walk to the right) and close to Pacific Fair (20-25 minutes to the left), so you're close to all of the action. There is also a team station right outside, which is also convenient (ask the concierge for a "GoExplore"card if you plan to take a couple of trips around the place.

  Seriously nice place to be. Views are amazing, rooms are nice and tidy, staff are extremely friendly and the shower pressure is on point! Free WiFi for your stay, and wireless card key action to get into your room, and to your floor. There are gym and laundry facilities on B1, but only has the basics, so don't expect to be seriously pumping iron.

  Had dinner at the Four Winds Revolving Restaurant. Absolute delicious buffet. And breathtaking views. Recommend the 5.30 dinner sitting to experience both day light and evening atmosphere.

  Service and room was adequate, but for the price was expecting a bit better. Had an issue with scanning the parking ticket 4 out of the 7 days we spent there. Would not recommend.
