  Absolutely disgusted.. bald security guard left us outside to wait in the cold with no information on what is happening. Venue used to be decent but new management has let it dramatically change for the worse. Bartender was rude and inconsiderate, clearly hated her job. Not a good look

  Great service one-to-one, however management is horrendous. We spent over $800 on a VIP area (at 2am) wasn't told of specific QLD RSA laws and this club finishing serving drinks at 3am and consequently gave up 2/3 bottle of top shelf Scotch. *We all feel "ripped off" by this club.* Will not attend again and will discourage others from doing so.

  The club is only as good as the security. Unfortunately it did not deliver the same result as the first time. If you have a booking before 10pm your will be greeted by finest staff of the bedroom establishment. The entry was quick as we had a booking. The only let down was the smoking/out side area as it was where the waiting line was for the required re-entry back to the club. The security was not as informed as the initial group. Due to the different staff. It let the club reputation down. Because the opposite result. I was waiting in line as a VIP for 30mins before I was able to re-enter. Even with the wrist band($700). The music was a mix of rnb and bass.

  After paying 20$ for entry and going out for a cigarette the security would not let us enter again after even though we had stamps and we were completely sober one of the security admitted he would not let me in because I was Aisan witch was completely racist. Seriously Disgusting behaviour I would not advise anyone to go there !

  Absolutely furious with how disgusting the security were. After paying for entry 30 minutes later after trying to return they did not allow me to return as one of the members of my partie was too intoxicated to go into the club 1 week prior (not on the night). This had absolutely nothing to do with tonight and they had already allowed him to pay for entry and then when we went outside for a smoke break they refused to let any of us back in. The week prior the member who was too 'intoxicated' did not make a fuss and after trying his luck to enter a few times did not succeed but did not cause any trouble at all. This was a typical case of security trying to belittle people. They then also was racist to one of the members of my partie and told him he couldn't come in because he was Asian.
