  Have had a few questionable experiences here, where the cost has been considerably more than expected on prescriptions & products & when queried, I was told by staff they do charge more due to the convenience of them being open 24 hours. They price match their competitors though, so we were able to get things at the more affordable by finding the overpriced items online at other Australian chemists, then having them alter the prices as per their price matching promise. This is time consuming, not to mention a little unfair, but necessary due to my limited income meaning every cent counts.

  Most expensive prescription ever. More than double Chemist Warehouse pricing and that was in the middle of a week day. Convenient location as I was so sick but not even a seat while you wait unless you pay. Should have just stayed on the tram to Southport Chemist Warehouse

  Super friendly, helpful & always open. We were desperate to get some NDSS essentials and thank goodness the team were open and had a really good range of products. Although it was after 11pm, the two ladies that helped me were bright and cheery and we're really grateful for their assistance.
