  A huge thank you to Michelle and the team at First National, they have helped my friends and I move into our first apartment in Surfers! What made our experience special was the speed at which we were able to view and sign our lease which is directly attributable to Michelle’s hard work. We also are sorry for constantly missing deadlines but I think that friction lit a fire that symbolizes our friendship with Michelle burning brighter than ever!   Very disappointing and unprofessional. I waited a month or more for repairs to my door which kept getting jammed. Communication absolutely poor. They have requested for my whole rental bond without informing me of the costs invoices and kept avoiding my phone calls.
