  If you are looking for the best Property Manager on the Gold Coast look no further than Surfers Real Estate. Julie is the best you will find. After having my property managed for years I can say her service, knowledge and experience is nothing short of outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for Julie with everything followed through promptly and very professionally. If you are looking to have your property in the best hands and not have to worry I would highly recommend Surfers Real Estate. It is rare to find a Property Manager who will go beyond and very encouraging to know my property is being well looked after.

  Our previous agent completely mismanaged our property. There was so much turnover of staff, it was hard to keep track of who was managing our property. Fortunately we found Julie who was able to sort things out and have been taking care of our property for over 8 years. An excellent operator who knows the local area well. Always approachable and resolve things quickly. A real advantage for being a small owner of a business.

  My partner and I went from one agent to another without being satisfied. Thankfully a body corp manager recommended Julie. She looks after our properties as if they are her own and works tirelessly making sure everything runs smoothly. Our properties are rarely empty and rent/tenant issues are never a concern.   Julie Roberts is an excellent property manager, I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a reputable real estate agent with years of experience.
